Messaging Terms

What we send

Texts about the order you placed: that we have received it, when it is confirmed, when it is ready for pickup or on its way, and if we cannot take it.

These are the only texts in this program. We do not send messages for anyone else, and we do not send anything you did not ask for.

How often

Message frequency varies. Texts arrive only when there is something to tell you about an order you placed, usually a few per order.

Cost

We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming that we have stopped, and nothing after that. Reply START to receive them again.

Stopping texts does not cancel an order. If you need to change one, call us.

Your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We share your number only with the service providers that deliver the messages and process your order on our behalf, and only so they can do that work.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so we do not rely on a text alone for anything time critical.

Consent

Texts about your order are optional, with their own unticked checkbox at checkout. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can order without it.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
